How do I register?
Click on ‘Login’ followed by ‘SignUp’ on the top-right corner. Fill up the mandatory details and click on 'Submit' to register.
How to manage my account?
Simply sign in and click ‘My Account’ on the top-right corner followed by 'My Profile'. You may edit / update your details (eg. contact number, email, address, etc).
How to change my password?
Simply sign in and click ‘My Account’ on the top-right corner followed by 'My Password'.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on ‘Login’ followed by ‘Forgot Password’ on the top-right corner. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. An email with a link will be sent to the email address you have entered.
Am I a tunglok member once I have created an account online?

No, creating an account here allows you to place orders on homefiesta.tunglok.com.

To sign up as a tunglokfirst member, please visit www.tunglok.com. You are required to fill up your personal details. A membership fee of $53.50 will be chargeable for the membership.

Editing of Order

Editing of orders must be made the next working day, send us an email here.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders must be made within 1 working day, send us an email here . Service fee of S$15 will be imposed.

Delivery

How long does it take to get my orders delivered?
Delivery date and timeslot are available during checkout.
How can I choose my preferred delivery time?

Delivery service is available in Singapore only. Delivery slots are available in 4 hours delivery windows from 2pm to 10.30pm, from Monday to Saturday (excluding eve of and on Public Holiday). All delivery slots are subject to availability upon checkout. We offer the following time slots:

  • 02:00pm - 06:00pm
  • 07:00pm - 10:30pm

No delivery on Sunday, eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are as follow:

*Delivery charges are inclusive of GST.

Can a representative receive my items on my behalf?
Yes, representative may receive your items on your behalf. He or she must sign the delivery form on your behalf. For verification purposes, the representative must present the order ID number, full name and the phone number of the account used to placed an order before receiving the items from our delivery personnel.
Do you deliver overseas?
No, delivery is only available in Singapore.

Self-collection

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for self-collection.
How do I place a self-collect order?
Log in to your account and click on "Change" beside the Cart button, select the location you preferred to collect.
Can a representative collect my items on my behalf?
Yes, representative may collect your items on your behalf. He or she must sign the delivery form on your behalf. For verification purposes, the representative must present the order ID number, full name and the phone number of the account used to placed an order before collecting the items.

Payment

What are the payment modes available?
You can pay via Credit and Debit Cards or with PayPal.
Am I still entitled to my rebates or redemption if I am a member of TungLok Group?
No, member of TungLok can only accumulate and redeem rebates at participating TungLok Restaurants for dine-in only.
