Cooking Method I

(Steam)
Steam for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.

Pork & Chives Gyoza

Cooking Method I

(Pan-fry)
1. Place frozen gyoza on a pre-heated greased non-stick pan on medium heat.
2. Add 60ml of clean water.
3. Cover the lid and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes till gyoza’s base turns golden brown. Preferrable to fry another side for half a minute.

Cooking Method II

(Deep-fry)
1. Put frozen gyoza into a pot of oil at 160ËšC and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
2. Serve with shredded young ginger and dipping sauce.
